摘    要:采用自保护膏剂渗硼技术对省煤器钢管进行表面处理,研究不同工艺参数对渗硼效果的影响,对渗硼试样进行显微组织的分析。结果表明:在空气环境下,渗硼处理后的省煤器钢管试样表层有明显的渗硼层,呈深度不一的手指状;随着渗硼时间的延长,硼化物中出现尖端碎化现象,渗硼处理后试样表面易于清理。获得良好渗硼效果的工艺为:涂层厚6mm;渗硼温度900℃;渗硼时间5 h。

Abstract:Self-protective paste boronizing technology was used for the economizer steel tube surface treatment and the boronizing process parameters were studied.The microstructures of the boronizing specimens were observed.The results show that the boronizing layer emerges in the boronizing treated economizer steel tube obviously in the air.The borides in the boronizing layer are finger-like with different depth.As the boronizing time increases,the borides tend to break on the tip.Furthermore,the specimen surface can be cleaned easily after the boronizing treatment.The optimized process is as following: the boronizing paste thickness 6 mm,boronizing temperature 900 ℃,boronizing time 5 h.
