摘    要:在状态监测与诊断领域,需要利用油液分析方法进行特征获取,但这些仪器需要用自带的软件才能进行数据的查看操作。为摆脱该约束,设计一套利用API函数获取仪器软件窗体中控件的位置坐标和具体内容,再以控件间坐标相对关系确定其具体含义,以控件中的具体内容作为搜索值,自动获取特征值在文件中位置的辅助格式解析方法和工具。该工具能将特定分析仪器产生的文件以二进制格式打开,通过依次提取二进制文件中的4个连续字节,并依据浮点数存储格式进行转换,将转换数值与搜索值进行比对,从而输出特定内容在文件中的保存位置,进而解析出文件的存储格式。以光谱分析仪器数据为例进行算法测试验证,表明算法可行,能正确分解出仪器数据的存储格式,为进行文件格式解析和信息提取提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:In the field of condition monitoring and diagnosis,oil analysis method is needed for feature acquisition,but these instruments need to use their own software to view the data.In order to get rid of this constraint,a set of auxiliary format analysis methods and tools were designed,which uses API functions to obtain the position coordinates and specific contents of the controls in the instrument software form,then uses the relative relationship between the coordinates of the controls to determine its specific meaning,and takes the specific contents of the controls as the search value to automatically obtain the position of the characteristic values in the file.The tool can open the file generated by a specific analyzer in binary format,can extract four consecutive bytes from the binary file in turn,and can convert them according to the floating-point storage format.By comparing the converted value with the search value,the tool can output the storage location of the specific content in the file and analyze the storage format of the file.Taking the data of spectral analysis instrument as an example,the algorithm was tested and verified.It is shown that the algorithm is feasible and can correctly decompose the storage format of instrument data,which provides a new idea for file format analysis and information extraction.
