二安替比林基-(对二甲氨基)苯基甲烷与锗(Ⅳ)的显色反应

摘    要:合成了较灵敏的显色剂二安替比林基-(对二甲氨基)苯基甲烷(DADM),并研究在中性条件、Tween-60及Mn SO4溶液存在下,水浴加热25 min时,二安替比林基-(对二甲氨基)苯基甲烷与锗(Ⅳ)的显色反应。结果表明,其最大吸收波长为λmax=550 nm,ε=1.08×105L·mol-1·cm-1。锗(Ⅳ)的含量在0~0.6μg/m L范围内符合朗伯比尔定律。方法可靠快速,可用于含锗样品的测定。

Diantipyryl-( p-dimethylamino)-phenylmethane with Germanium Color Development Reaction

Abstract:This article synthesized the comparatively sensitive color developing agent. It is diantipyryl-( p-dimethylamino)-phenythane( DADM). Then we studied diantipyryl-( p-dimethylamino)-phenymethane with germanium( Ⅳ) reaction under the neutral condition,with the existence of Tween-60( 1∶100 = v∶ v水),Mn SO4( 6mg/m L),25 minute's heating in water bath. It can create purplish red complex withλmax= 550 nm,ε = 1. 08 × 105 L·mo L-1·cm-1,germanium's content accords with Lambert-Beer's Law in the range of 0 ~ 30 ug /50 ml. The method is reliable and fast. It can be used for germanium sample's measurement.
