缬草多糖的超声波辅助提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了超声波辅助提取缬草多糖的最佳工艺。以蒸馏水为浸提剂,缬草根为原料,采用单因素和正交实验进行研究,得到了提取缬草多糖的最佳工艺条件:提取时间为45 min、料液比为1∶25(g/m L)、提取温度60℃,此条件下的提取率为13.56%。与常规浸提法比较,超声波辅助提取法具有时间短、节省材料、提取率高等特点。

Ultrasonic Extraction Technology Research of Valerian Polysaccharide

Abstract:The optimum ultrasonic extraction of valerian polysaccharides was studied. By using distilled water as extraction agent,valerian root as raw material,through single factor and orthogonal experiment,the valerian extract polysaccharides optimum conditions were obtained as: time 45 min,solid- liquid ratio 1: 25( g / m L) temperature 60 ℃,the extraction rate 13. 56% under these conditions. Compared with conventional extraction,ultrasonic extraction method had an advantage of short time,material saving,extraction with high ratio etc..
