干燥过程对再造烟叶关键致香成分的影响

为了考察干燥过程对再造烟叶烟草关键致香成分的影响,分别测定了干燥前后再造烟叶烟草关键致香成分的含量。结果表明,干燥后挥发、半挥发成分损失较大,烟叶关键致香成分总量损失率为38.98%,不同类型的关键致香成分损失率为35.00%~43.67%。其中氮氧杂环类物质损失率最大,为44.49%,酸类物质损失最小,为18.08%。
