MS活性糖对自然衰老小鼠的唾液酸、 脂褐素及抗氧化的影响

摘    要:为了观察MS活性糖对机体衰老方面的影响,以自然衰老小白鼠(197±18 d)为研究对象,按照衰老对照组(10只)、高剂量组(9只)、中剂量组(10只)和低剂量组(10只)分别投喂正常水和0.4%、0.3%及0.2%的MS活性糖溶液,测定小鼠血液中红细胞膜唾液酸含量、肝肾中的丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、肝和脑中的脂褐素含量.结果表明:投喂低剂量组的小鼠与衰老对照组小鼠相比,红细胞膜唾液酸含量显著性地提高,脑中的脂褐素和肾脏中的MDA含量显著性地降低; 高、中剂量组中的唾液酸

Abstract:In order to check the effects of MS bio sugar for the aging of organism, feeding experiment was conducted in naturally senescent mice(197±18 d). 39 mice were divided into 4 groups inculding water group(10 mice), 0.4% MS group(9 mice), 0.3% MS group(10 mice)and 0.2% MS group(10 mice). Malondialdehyde(MDA)content and Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)activity from liver and kidney, lipofuscin content in liver and brain were determined. The results showed that the content of sialic acid on the erythrocyte membrane was significantly increased in 0.2% MS group compared with the water group, whereas the content of lipofuscin in the brain and the content of MDA in the kidney decreased markedly. There were no significant differences on the contents of sialic acid, lipofuscin and MDA contents in 0.4% and 0.3% MS groups as in 0.2% MS group. The whole results implied that 0.2% MS active biosugar solution possess better anti-senescent effect.
