涡流板式动态旋流除砂器的研制

原油除砂对保障采油集输系统平稳运行具有重要作用。针对传统静态离心式旋流除砂装置的不足,设计了涡流板式动态旋流除砂器,采用耐磨聚氨酯作为内衬材料,并采用自动控制系统。结果表明,在旋流器内部引入动力装置后,解决了传统装置的不足。该除砂器具有适应范围广、洗砂效率高、耐磨性强等优势。

Development of Vortex Board Dynamic Hydrocyclone Desander

Oil sand removal plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of gathering and transportation system of oil production. According to the traditional static centrifugal cyclone desanding device problems,the vortex board dynamic hydrocyclone desander was designed,with the wear- resistant polyurethane as lining material and with automatic control system. The test result shows that after introduction power plant inside the hydrocyclone device,the shortcomings of traditional device were overcome. Such desander has advantage of wide range adaptation,high sand washing efficiency,strong wear resistance ect.
