| 摘 要： | 对不同产地及等级天麻中的多糖含量进行了测定。实验发现,天麻多糖含量与其等级关联性甚微;同一地区不同等级天麻中多糖含量存在差异,不同产区的天麻多糖含量相差较大。产自云南昭通大关益株、大关细沙、彝良两河地区的天麻多糖含量较高,而楚雄大姚地区的天麻多糖含量较低。

| Abstract: | Determination of Gastrodia elata. polysaccharides from different regions and grades.Through the experiment found that Gastrodia elata polysaccharides content and level of relevance was very small,Different grade Gastrodia elata. polysaccharides were different in same regions. Polysaccharides content has large difference in different regions. With yunnan zhaotong DA GUAN YI ZHU,DA GUAN XI SHA,YI LIANG LIANG HE region of Gastrodia elata,Polysaccharides content was higher,CHU XIONG DA YAO Gastrodia elata Polysaccharides content was low. |
