四川某硫铁矿尾矿再选试验研究

摘    要:四川某硫铁矿尾砂中硫含量偏高,不但造成资源的浪费,而且长期堆存产生大量的酸性水,对周围环境造成严重污染。为此,对该硫铁矿尾砂进行了再选试验研究。结果表明:将尾砂磨至-0.074 mm占64.76%,以石灰为调整剂、乙黄药为捕收剂、2号油为起泡剂,采用一粗一扫二精的浮选工艺流程,可以获得产率为8.90%,有效硫品位为45.31%,有效硫回收率为83.11%的硫精矿,而且该硫精矿的烧渣铁品位达60%左右,可直接作为铁精矿出售。

Abstract:The tailings of a Sichuan pyrite mine have a rather high sulfur content, leading to not only the waste of resource but also a serious pollution to the environment due to the large amount of acidic water produced in their long term deposit.Therefore, research was made on their retreatment.They were ground to 64.76% -0.074 mm and treated with a flotation process consisting of one roughing, one scavenging and two cleanings, where lime was used as regulator, ethyl xanthate as collector and 2# oil as frother.A sulfur concentrate with an 8.90% yield, 45.31% S grade and 83.11% S recovery was obtained and the pyrite cinder of which has an iron concentrate of about 60% and can be directly sold as iron concentrate
