| 摘 要： | 介绍了江苏北方氯碱集团有限公司10万t/a PVC浆料汽提装置的设计及配套换热器、浆料泵、出料槽及混料槽、控制系统的选用情况。结果表明:该装置达到设计能力,生产出的PVC树脂全部达到优等品。

| Abstract: | The design of slurry stripping equipment for the production of 100 kt/a PVC in Jiangsu Northern Chlor-Alkali Group Co.,Ltd.was introduced as well as the selection of accessory heat exchanger,slurry pump,discharge tank,mixing tank,and control system.The results showed that this equipment could reach the design capacity and all of the PVC resin obtained reached the high-class products. |
