| 摘 要： | 分析了铝型材表面图纹处理过程中主要缺陷的产生原因，提出了相应的解决办法，并就提高铝材表面图纹处理质量提出了合理的质量控制方案。结果表明，效果良好，消除了缺陷，提高了产品质量。

| Abstract: | The reason of the main defect produced during the process of image treatment on the surface of aluminium profice is analysed. Some methods that decreases the defect are presented. The reasonalbe projects of quality control to improve the quality of image treatment on the surface of alumimium profile are presented. Its indicated that the defect can be avoided and the product quanity can be improved. |
