Study On The Importance of Active Control in Project Management

According to the theory of control , control can be classified two types , active control and passive control . Active control is to analyses in advance the possibility of objective deviation , and to draw up and adopt every preventive measure , so that planned objective can be realized successfully. During project management, design management is the important content of active control , it will get twice the result with half the effort , if we pay attention to the design management to ensure the quality of the construction projects and to improve the benefit of the investment .As the manager of the project, not only stands at the view of supervision ,but also the view of design and construction , adopts the preventive measure for the impossible problem of quality in the project, makes the quality of the project controlled throughout.
