| 摘 要： | 月东油田A岛为典型人工岛,井口呈双排直线排列,采用直线式抽油机采油,岛区空间紧凑,常规海洋钻修机不能满足作业要求。鉴于此,研制了HXJ135E人工岛海洋钻修机。该钻修机采用一体化高位钻台及管子堆场结构,可适应月东油田A岛直线式抽油机作业要求;采用小模块结构,减小设备安装对大型吊机的依赖性;采用大推力步进式液压缸移动结构,伸缩式和折叠式管线槽和电缆结构,满足钻修机丛式井移动作业要求。有限元分析与模拟试验结果表明,在各种大钩载荷下,HXJ135E人工岛海洋钻修机的强度、刚度和稳定性均满足设计要求,结构应力均符合API相关规范要求。

| Abstract: | Island A of Yuedong Oilfield is a typical artificial island where double-row cluster wells are designed and straight line motor dirve pumping unit is used for oil recovery.The island site is compact so that it cannot satisfy the operating requirement of offshore drilling and workover rig.To adapt to the well groove structure and well site layout of artificial island,the technologies such as high drill stand basement,interconnected pipe storage yard and small modularized workover rig structure were designed.The offshore drilling and workover rig for use in the HXJ135E artificial island was developed.The rig satisfies the straight line motor drive pumping unit operation in Island A of Yuedong Oilfield as well as the requirements of blowout preventer installment and transportation and the installation of the whole set of equipment with one caterpillar crane. |
