冶金球团用膨润土性能指标的探讨

为了配合在冶金球团行业推广应用新的膨润土国家标准,通过对我国十七个省(自治区)膨润土产地100多个样品的检测和研究,探讨了膨润土各性能指标的意义、特征、相互关系以及影响因素;阐明了新国标中将吸水率作为膨润土首要指标的合理性;指出了膨胀指数和吸水率一样,是表征膨润土同一性能的两个指标;提出膨胀容虽然在新国标中被废除,但它能在一定程度上反映膨润土在球团生产中的作用,因此可能有保留的必要。
