曲线曲面加工控制的数据处理方法

摘    要:在用数控机床加工异型曲线和曲面时,如果采用函数跟踪法加工原理,则要求被加工曲线和曲面的定义式是二次函数,并给出坐标点的一阶和二阶偏导数。本文提出将给定函数或离散坐标点定义的曲线,分段用二次曲线拟合的计算方法。这种方法,较之用直线和圆弧逼近这些曲线,程序段少,编程容易,且控制精度大大提高,是一种有效的加工前数据处理方法。

Abstract:In machining curve lines and surfaces by numerically controlled machine tools, if Tracing Function Theory is used,the definitve formula of the curves must be quadratic function,and the first and second order partial derivatives must be given.A new calculation is presented, in which the given functions or curves defined by dispersed coordinate points are approximated by quadratic curve in several parts. Compared with the method in which the straight and circular lines are used to approximate the curves, this method has many advantages, such as lesser program parts, easier programing and higher control accuracy.
