一例斜坡吊卡活门断裂分析

摘    要:文章对一例斜坡吊卡活门断裂事故进行了调查.对该吊卡活门进行了裂纹、金相和材质分析,认为吊卡活门断裂是属于脆性断裂.吊卡活门材料的:中击韧性差以及其表面存在的原始缺陷和脱碳层是导致该吊卡活门断裂的主要原因。

Abstract:In this article the disabled loose-leaf of the slope elevator was investigated and there are some measures taken, such as crack analysis, metallographic analysis and material analysis. So the conclusion was drawn that the fracture attributed to fragileness rupture. Approximately, there are three reasons as following, the pitiful impact ductility of elevator's material, the original defects and the decarbon layer of elevator's surface.
