超声波清洗技术在阀体涂装前处理中的应用

摘    要:介绍了超声波清洗的基本原理及特点,工艺的流程及参数,并检验了其应用效果。分析了超声波清洗的成本,主要包括清洗液费用、水电费用、人工费用等。结果表明,超声波清洗技术效果可靠、经济实用,可用于阀体及管接头的涂装前处理清洗。

Abstract:The principle and characteristic, process flow and parameter of ultrasonic cleaning were introduced, and the application result was examined. The costs of ultrasonic cleaning were analyzed, including those for cleaning liquid, water and electricity and labor. The result shows that ultrasonic cleaning technology has good effect and practicability and can be applied to the painting pretreatment of valve bodies and pipe connectors.
