摘    要:从工程实际出发,建立了平面八连杆机构的数学模型,应用约束变尺度优化算法进行了优化设计,并在SolidWorks软件中建立了装配体模型,应用其中的COSMOSMotion插件进行了机构运动仿真,为机构优化设计提供了一种高效、直观的仿真手段,提高了对平面多连杆机构的分析设计能力;同时,也为其他机构的仿真设计提供了借鉴.

Abstract:A planar 8 linkage mechanisms is set up according to engineering practice, and the optimization design is carried out by the CVMP program. Using SolidWorks software, the mechanism assembly model is built, then the simulation results are got by COSMOSMotion. An efficiently and directly method for optimization design of mechanisms is gave, and the ability of analyzing and designing the planar multi -linkage mechanisms is improved.
