无卤本质阻燃环氧树脂

摘    要:本质阻燃高聚物阻燃效能持久,不存在挥发、溶出及迁移的问题,且可实现分子内协同阻燃效应,又为环境兼容,故近年日益崭露头角。文中论述无卤本质阻燃环氧树脂的一些制备方法及性能,且涉及的主要是分子中含DOPO侧基及含磷酸酯基的两类本质阻燃环氧树脂。

Abstract:Flame Retardant polymeric materials are facing the challenges from both of flame retardancy and environmental protection.In order to meet the requirements from the two aspects,it is necessary to research and develop new flame retardant materials.The inherent flame retardant polymers possess a number of advantages:(1) durable and good flame retardant efficiency;(2) no problems of migration and volatility;(3) possible existence of intermolecular synergism;(4) environmentally friendly etc.Therefore,the researchers have paid a close attention to this kind of polymers,and considerable results have been achieved.This paper decribes and summarizes some preparation technologies and properties of halogen-free inherent flame retardant epoxy resins,mainly the resins containing DOPO group or phosphate group.
