| 摘 要： | 1997年2月，在赴英、法“联网和直流应用”考察中，我们与法国EDF的规划工作者讨论了欧洲联网规划方面的有关问题。本文以西欧UCPTE系统为基点，介绍“扩展后的西欧电网”与其东邻的联网规划，以期对我国的全国联网规划有所参考和借鉴。
