| Abstract: | The traditional central axis of Beijing is the soul of the layout of the ancient capital, along which distribute a series of important and symbolic buildings. It is respectfully addressed as "dragon vein", and "supernal street". The conceptions of the overall landscape design of the southern part of the central axis are expatiated and analysised. |
