| 摘 要： | 通过求出车辆牌照二值图像中每个字符区域的范围，运用图像的矩特性计算每个字符区域的面积和重心坐标，由重心坐标拟合直线，得到牌照的水平倾斜角度对有倾斜的牌照图片进行矫正。

| Abstract: | From obtaining every character region in the binary image of vehicle license plate,and using the moment character of image,area and barycentric coordinates can be figured out.Then using the barycentric coordinates fit a straight line,the distorted vehicle license plate will be rectified by the plate horizontal inclined angle. |
