摘    要:文中详细介绍了采用贴附型漏斗进气口作为引气道的环控系统设计。通过数值计算和仿真,分析了环控系统在全飞行包线范围内的制冷性能,并进行了试验验证,取得了以下主要结论:环控系统在全飞行包线的制冷能力呈单峰特性,在高度为3~7 km、马赫数为0.75 ~ 0.9时,其制冷能力达到峰值;在相同飞行高度条件下,随着马赫数的增加,环控系统的制冷量先增加后减小;在相同飞行速度条件下,随着高度的增加,环控系统的制冷量先增加后减小;在低空低速、高空低速等飞行工况下,因冲压空气进气压力低、空气质量流量小,环控系统的制冷量较小,对电子吊舱长时间全功率工作时间有限制。文中阐述的设计思路及计算方法,对类似进气口环控系统设计具有较高的参考价值。

Abstract:The environmental control system designed for a pod that utilizes an attached-type funnel air inlet as the air supply channel is introduced in detail for the first time in this paper. By numerical calculation and simulation analysis, the cooling performance of the environmental control system throughout the entire flight envelope is analyzed. And verification is carried out. The following main conclusions are drawn: the cooling capacity of the environmental control system exhibits a single-peak characteristic when the altitude is 3~7 km and Mach number is 0.75 ~ 0.9; under the same flight altitude conditions, the cooling capacity of the environmental control system increases first and then decreases with the increase of Mach number; under the same flight speed conditions, the cooling capacity of the environmental control system increases first and then decreases with the increase of altitude. In low-speed and low-altitude flight conditions as well as high-altitude and low-speed flight conditions, the cooling capacity of environmental control system is relatively small due to the low inlet pressure of the ram air and the low air mass flow rate, which limits the work time of the electronic pod for long time and at full power. The design ideas and calculation methods described in this paper have great reference values to design of similar inlet environmental control systems.
