| 摘 要： | 在ＺＤ６０减速器大齿轮毛坯的铸造生产中，采用硅酸铝纤维型保温补贴工艺替代金属补贴工艺，降低了裂纹，气孔，夹砂，缺肉等缺陷，工艺出品率提高了４．９％，减少了金属补贴所需的切割和机加工工时，年增效益１．７６万元。

| Abstract: | In the casting process of big gear blank of ZD60 reducer,to replace metal thermal compensation process by thermal compensation process of aluminium sulphate fiber type,the defect producing ratio,such as crack,blister,sand inclusion,is decreased, the product ratio is increased by 4 9%,the working time for cutting metal used for metal thermal compensation is reduced and the increasing profit is 0 0176 million yuan every year. |
