摘 要: | 文中介绍了一种基于CAN总线的开关磁阻电机远程控制系统。该系统主要有PC上位机、CAN总线、RS-485与开关磁阻电机组成。作为工业级RS-485与CAN总线被广泛应用,文中设计了RS-485-CAN通信接口,下位机中的数据利用CAN总线进行通信,与上位机的通信则利用RS-485来实现。论文提出了基于卡尔曼滤波器的PID控制器,这是将普通PID控制与卡尔曼滤波器相结合的控制方法。介绍了卡尔曼滤波器滤波原理,给出了基于卡尔曼滤波器的PID控制器结构。利用Matlab进行仿真,结果显示这种新型的控制器是有效的。

Abstract: | In this paper,a removed control system for switch reluctance motor based on CAN bus.The system is mainly of PC client,CAN bus,RS-485 and SRM.The RS-485 and CAN bus are general methods applied to transfer of data in industry.A RS-485-CAN interface module is designed.Data transmission between down nodes had been realized with CAN bus,and communication between PC is achieved through RS-485.This paper presents the PID control model based on Kalman filter.A general PID control method combined with Kalman filter.... |
