| 摘 要： | 介绍在MTBE混相床-催化蒸馏装置工艺设计过程中使用ASPENPLUS模拟软件开发包括化学动力学反应在内的全流程模拟的模型。实践证明，模拟结果与装置标定数据基本吻合。为工艺设计人员提供了参考，并大大提高了设计速度和质量。

| Abstract: | The development of overall flowsheet simulation model including chemical dynamic reactions by using the Aspen Plus simulation software in the process design of a mixed bed-catalytic distillation MTBE unit was intro-duced. Practices showed that the simulation results were coincided basically with the plant data, This provides reference to process engineers and enhances both the design rate and quality. |
