基于反激式电源的三相步进电机驱动器设计

摘    要:介绍了一种三相混合式步进电机驱动器的设计及其在某微波云台中的应用。利用反激式电源提供的多路隔离电源,设计出基于斩波恒流驱动方式的驱动器。反激式电源大大减小电源体积,运用集成隔离放大器HCPL-7840使得反馈电路简单、可靠性高。结果表明,本驱动器消除了低频振荡,有良好的矩频特性。

Abstract:This paper describes a design of three-phase hybrid stepping motor driver and its application in a microwave tilt.Using isolated multi-channel power supply provide by flyback power source,the driver system is developed based on the mode of constant circuit with chopped wave.Flyback power supply reduces the volume of the power supply while integrated isolation amplifier HCPL-7840 simplifies feedback circuit and increases the reliability.The results indicate that the driver has good torque-frequency characteristic and it can eliminate surging appearing at low frequency.
