Abstract:Technology and facililics of high-speed strip overlay welding (HSW). was described. When the HS-1500X2 welding power and the strip overlay machine were used with suitable welding parameters and rational low dilution, the welding speed of HSW increased to twice as much as that of electro-slag strip overlay(ESW).Furthermore, the fine overlay weld with high resistance to hydrogen-induced disbonding was obtained.
