大型锻件尺寸CCD测量的数学模型研究

摘    要:文献[1]曾提出了一种大锻件尺寸的热态测量方法。该方法可实现大锻件尺寸的远程、在线、非接触测量,从而不仅可改善测量工作条件,而且可大幅度提高测量精度。该系统采用CCD摄像头作为主要传感元件,并需多次测量。文章给出了一种新的处理CCD图像的数学模型,可通过两次测量求解锻件椭圆断面的尺寸。

Abstract:A thermal measurement was provided for the dimension of the large-size forging workpiece in literature [1]. It can achieve the long-distance, online and untouched dimension measure of the large-size forging workpiece, so it not only improves the working condition of measure, but also advances the precision of measure greatly. CCD camera is the main sensor in the system, and it needs more times to measure. In this paper, a new mathematical model is provided for CCD picture-processing, and it can calculate the ellipse section dimension of forging workpiece by two times.
