基于Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术内蒙古巴彦淖尔市 酸粥真菌菌群多样性分析

摘    要:采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术解析内蒙古巴彦淖尔地区酸粥样品中的真菌菌群多样性。结果表明,酸粥样品中的优势真菌门(平均相对丰度>1.0%)为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)(98.11%);优势真菌属为毕赤酵母属(Pichia)(37.32%)、哈萨克斯坦酵母属(Kazachstania)(20.34%)、酵母属(Saccharomyces)(11.03%)、耐碱酵母属(Galactomyces)(9.41%)、假丝酵母属(Candida)(5.88%)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)(4.44%)、伊萨酵母属(Issatchenkia)(2.69%)和德巴利酵母属(Debaryomyces)(1.51%)。8份样品共包含50个核心操作分类单元(OTU)(存在于所有样品中的OTU),其中有15个为优势OTU,分别被注释到8个优势菌属中,累计相对含量达92.49%,具有显著相关性的核心优势OTU间均为正相关关系,该酸粥样品中的真菌类群以Pichia等酵母菌为主,且核心真菌菌群之间大多为正相关关系。

Abstract:The fungal flora diversity in sour porridge samples from Bayannur region of Inner Mongolia was analyzed using Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology. The results showed that the dominant fungal phylum (average relative abundance>1.0%) was Ascomycota (98.11%) in sour porridge samples, and the dominant fungal genera were Pichia (37.32%), Kazachstania (20.34%), Saccharomyces (11.03%), Galactomyces (9.41%), Candida (5.88%), Aspergillus (4.44%), Issatchenkia (2.69%) and Debaryomyces (1.51%). 8 sour porridge samples contained 50 core operational taxonomic units (OTUs) (OTUs present in all samples), among them, 15 were dominant OTUs, which were annotated to the 8 dominant genera with a cumulative relative content of 92.49%, the core advantage OTUs with significant correlation were all positively correlated. The fungal taxa in the sour porridge samples were mainly yeasts represented by Pichia and others, and most of the core fungal flora were positively correlated with each other.
