白酒饮用冲突下的矛盾分析

摘    要:白酒在中华民族绵延两千多年,是中华民族传统文化的代表符号,已经深刻融入社会生活。近年,白酒成为社会讨论的热点。经过调研发现,人们主要围绕白酒的健康问题、生产过程问题、酒桌文化问题开展广泛讨论。为剖析上述三个热点问题,课题组在全国34个省、市、地区进行调研,共收集有效问卷1 488份。结果显示,年龄与被调查者的饮酒意愿呈负相关;白酒科普与被调查者的饮酒意愿呈正相关;饮用白酒的主要诱因是其对身心的愉悦作用,但过量饮酒造成的负面影响值得关注。综上所述,未来应进一步深化对白酒基础科学问题的研究,加强关于白酒知识的科普,明确白酒与健康的量效关系,讲好白酒文化故事,为实现白酒生产现代化、市场国际化打下坚实基础。

Abstract:Baijiu (Chinese liquor) has been in the Chinese nation for more than two thousand years and is a distinctive symbol of the Chinese nation's traditional culture, which has been thoroughly integrated into the social life. Nowadays, Baijiu has become a hot topic of social discussion. After investigation, it was found that the health, production process and drinking culture problems of Baijiu aroused widespread discussion. In order to analyze the above three hot issues, surveys were conducted in 34 provinces, cities and regions in China, and 1 488 valid questionnaires were collected. The results showed that age was negatively correlated with the respondents' willingness to drink, and Baijiu science popularization was positively correlated with respondents' willingness to drink. The main inducement of drinking Baijiu was its pleasurable effect on body and mind, but the negative effect caused by excessive drinking was worth paying attention to. In summary, in the future, it is of great value to further deepen the research on the basic scientific issues of Baijiu, strengthen the popularization of Baijiu knowledge, clarify the dose-effect relationship between Baijiu and health, and tell the story of Baijiu culture, which will lay a solid foundation for the modernization of Baijiu production and the internationalization of the market.
