摘    要:为提高粘质沙雷氏菌(Serratia marcescens)PG12的灵菌红素产量,以K2HPO4浓度、溶氧量和发酵时间为考察因素,以灵菌红素产量为评价指标,对灵菌红素发酵工艺条件进行研究。在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面法对发酵工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,菌株产灵菌红素的最佳的发酵工艺条件为K2HPO4浓度28.45 mmol/L,溶氧量47%,发酵时间29 h。在最佳条件下,灵菌红素产量达到1 636.5 mg/L,较原始条件下的灵菌红素产量提高了13.14%。该研究可为灵菌红素发酵工艺条件的优化及生产实践提供有价值的参考。

Abstract:To improve the yield of prodigiosin by Serratia marcescens PG12, using K2HPO4 concentration, dissolved oxygen and fermentation time as evaluation factors, the yield of prodigiosin as the evaluation index, the fermentation process conditions of prodigiosin were researched. On the basis of single factor experiment, the fermentation process conditions were optimized by response surface method. The results showed that the optimal fermentation process conditions were as follows: K2HPO4 concentration 28.45 mmol/L, dissolved oxygen content 47%, and fermentation time 29 h. Under the optimal condition, the yield of prodigiosin reached 1 636.5 mg/L, which was 13.14% higher than that of the original conditions. The study could provide valuable reference for optimization of fermentation process conditions and production practice of prodigiosin.
