清华大学紫荆学生公寓环境行为调查与使用评价

笔者运用环境行为学的原理，通过一系列与同学生活密切相关的问题的设置，对清华大学紫荆学生公寓使用者的问卷调查和采访，利用SD法等数据分析手法，得到了使用者对紫荆学生公寓的总的使用评价和相关环境行为模式。笔者认为紫荆学生公寓从使用者的角度基本上得到了同学们的认可，但规划和建筑设计存在相关的问题，是以后在高校宿舍建设中应该注意的。

Environmental Behavior Investigation and Usage Evaluation of Zijing Student Apartment in Tsinghua University

Based on the principle of environmental behavior science, a survey was properly conducted through questionnaire and interview. Overall use evaluation was acquired and corresponding environmental behavior pattern was identified through data analysis with Semantic Differential Method. According to the research, the apartment has basically met the users' requirement. However, the consequent problem neglected in the preuse planning and design should be fully considered in following campus constructions.
