公共性作为公共艺术存在的第一属性应更多地体现在作品的思想性上,而不应该用公共一词就限定了艺术创作者的发挥空间,导致部分艺术家失去创作激情,甚至在被大众的审美情趣同化,失去了审美优势。希望能在如何体现公共艺术的公共性问题上稍稍理清点思路,为正在从事作品创作的公共艺术家们提供我个人的一点想法,表达一下我对国家公共艺术事业发展的期望或许正是本文的初衷。

Discuss the Public Attribute of the Public Art Producing

The public attribute as the most important attribute of public art should be reflected more in the spirit aspect of art works,than be used to limit the room for artist’s free creating,which may make some artists lose their passion for creating,even lead their distinct interests and ability in appreciation of the beauty to the average,losing their advantage in it.I hope we can think relatively orderly and clearly about the problem that how we can well embody the attribute of public in public art,and I will provide some personal thinking and advice for the artists in the field of public art,mean while expressing my expect for the development of public art in our own country,which may be the primary concern or aim of this essay.
