摘    要:介绍了一种过程控制实验装置的实时监控系统。该系统利用VB与PLC的串口通信,实现了上位机对下位机的实时数据采集;同时,为了充分发挥VB可视化界面与Matlab强大的数值分析和图形绘制功能的各自优势,利用ActiveX自动化技术,将二者结合编程,实现了对过程控制实验装置的实时监测、控制分析、控制设计等功能。实际应用表明:该实时监控系统运行可靠、操作方便,不仅可以取代商业组态软件(如组态王),而且使得实时监控功能更加强大、灵活。

Abstract:A real-time monitoring system of the experimental installation for process control is introduced. By the serial communication between VB and PLC, the system realizes the execution of the principal computer acquiring data from the subordinate computer. By activeX automation, VB and Matlab are used in the system for programming in order to fully utilize each superiority of them in the visual interface of VB and the computing and graphic display of Matlab. As a result, many functions are achieved on the experimental installation for process control, like real-time monitoring, control analyses, control design, etc. The application shows that the real-time monitoring system is easy to perform and has the reliable functions. Not only is the configuration software, for example Kingview, substituted in the system, but the function becomes stronger and more flexible relatively.
