摘    要:在进行乙烯烷基化热力学分析的基础上,在固定床上研究了催化裂化干气制乙苯过程中二甲苯生成,表明,丙苯和丁苯烷基转移有利于甲苯生成,二甲苯主要由甲苯歧化,及甲乙苯裂化和歧化生成,尤其是甲乙苯对生成二甲苯有利。乙苯原料中二甲苯对乙苯脱氢反应性能的影响也被考察。

Abstract:Based on thermodynamic analysis of the alkylation of benzene with ethylene, me xytene formation during the preparation of ethylbenzene by alkylation of benzene with dilute ethylene contained in catalytic cracking dry gas was investigated in a fixed flow bed reactor. The transalkylations of propylbenzene and butylbenzene conduce to the formation of toluene. Xylene results mainly from toluene metathesis and ethyl toluene cracking and metathesis, especially from the later. The effect of the xylene contained in the ethylbenzene feedstock on reaction performance of the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation was also studied.
