摘    要:本文用微型电阻应变片在中心距为120mm的封闭功率流齿轮实验台上测得经过充分跑合的JB2940-81型双圆弧齿轮的受拉侧及受压测的齿根应力,测得应力随载荷及螺旋角的变化关系,并将测得的数值分析写成应力公式,可作为该齿型双圆弧齿轮齿根弯曲强度计算的基本公式。还测得双圆弧齿轮在啮合过程中邻齿受载对本齿应力的迭加影响和本齿两个接触迹引起的应力迭加影响,这些规律可作为设计新齿形时选择齿型参数的参考。

Abstract:The root stress of model JB2940-81 double circle-arc gears which have beer, sufficiently run-in were measured by micro strain gauges on a locked-in torque test stand with.center distance of 120m m. Both the relationships between stress and the helix angles,and between stress and external load were measured respectively. After analyzing the measured data a stress formula was derived which may be served as a fundamental equation of root strength for double circle-arc gears.During the meshing drives the influence of the neighboring tooth load on maximum root stress of gauged tooth and the influence of two contact spots of gauged tooth on, maximum root stress which are reinforced have been measured. These rules may be served as a reference for designing new tooth profile and for choosing parameters of gear pair.
