热变形奥氏体的动态再结晶图和静态再结晶图

摘    要:本文论述了热变形奥氏体再结晶的表达形式以及用金相方法制作热变形奥氏体再结晶图的方法。为了简化热变形奥氏体静态再结晶图,与动态再结晶图中的Z参数相对应,提出了一个Y参数,其物理意义是用温度和应变速率修正了的停留时间。以Y-ε为坐标的静态再结晶图,在形式上与以Z-ε为坐标的动态再结晶图一致,从而大大简化了静态再结晶图的表达形式。在再结晶图中取双对数坐标,可使再结晶开始线和再结晶终了线变为直线,从而进一步简化了动态再结晶图和静态再结晶图的制作程序。

Abstract:The influence of hot deformation conditions on static and dynamic recrystallization0 behaviour of 12CrNi3A and 18Ni maraging steels was studied. Using the Zener-Hollomon parameter in the dynamic recrystallization diagram for reference, a new parameter Y(=tZexp (- Qrec /RT)) is recommended and a static recrystallization diagram put forward. The occurrence of static re crystallization of hot deformed austenite in 18Ni maraging, steel was determined as a function of Y parameter (the holding time modified by temperature and strain rate). The microstructural changes during deformation in hot deformed austenite may be described by the dynamic re crystallization diagram (Z-ε diagram.), and that after deformation may be described by the static one (Y-ε diagram).
