扩散过程的最优控制

摘    要:本文利用分布参数系统最优控制理论与扩散过程的数学模型,研究第三类边界条件下的扩散过程最优控制原理及其在金属渗碳最佳工艺研究中的应用。在使给定的泛函指标达到极小的前提下,证明了强渗一扩散型的控制函数类是最优控制模式。利用本文提出的方法,对给定的目标曲线及泛函指标,可用计算机确定最佳的渗碳工艺。

Abstract:The optimal control principle for the diffusing process under the boundary condition of the third kind and its applications in the study on the optimal carburising process of metals are studied using the optimal control theory for distributed parameter systems and the mathematical model for diffusing process. It has been shown that, an the premise of setting a given functional index to achieve a minimum, the control function of boost/diffuse type is the optimal control mode. For a given object curve and functional index, the.optimal carburising process can be determined on the computer by means of the procedure proposed in this article.
