双支承阶梯主轴优化设计

摘    要:本文介绍应用有限元法计算双支承阶梯主轴的静刚度及最佳支承距。文中选用两节点C{sup}1连续的插值函数,将轴的变形看成是支承处为零位移时产生的弯曲变形和支承处为指定位移时轴母线的整体变形的叠加,并给出了阶梯主轴在各种载荷下计算最佳支承距的一般电算解法。

Abstract:The thesis introduces how to calculate the static rigidity and the optimum distance between the bearings of a stepped main spindle by means of applicating finite element method. In the thesis, C1continuous interpolating function, of two nodes is selected to regard the deformation of the spindle as the superposition of the flexural deformation that is produced when the position of the bearing is in the case of zero displacement and the integral deformation of the spindle generatrix that is produced when the position of the bearing is in the case of assigned displacement, and the general solving method by electronic calculation is given that can calculate the optimum distance between the bearings when all kinds of loads are loaded to the stepped main spindle.
