蠕虫状石墨的结晶生长和液态通道

摘    要:液淬试验和扫描电镜观察证实了蠕虫状石墨是由凝固早期的石墨小球畸变而来的。在Fe-C-Si合金中加入磷元素后发现蠕虫状石墨在生长过程中其端部确实存在液态通道,Ni-C-P合金的试验结果也证实了这一结果。分析表明这些液态通道的存在对蠕虫状石墨的生长有较大的影响。作者还用微分热分析仪对铸铁结晶生长过程进行了一些研究。根据试验和分析结果作者提出了蠕虫状石墨的生长模型。

Abstract:It has been proved by the Liquid quenching technique and the observation through SEM that compacted/vermicular graphite is generated from the deteriorated spherical graphite which existed in the early stage of solidification. After adding phosphorus into the Fe-C-Si alloy, it is verified that the growth tip compacted/vermicular graphite is connected with the liquid channels during growth process. Similar result was obtained from the experiment with Ni-C-P alloy. Analyses show that these liquid channels have an obvious effect on the growth of compacted/vermicular graphite. Finally, some efforts are made to study the crystallization and solidification of alloy with differential also thermal analysis. According to the results and analyses, the growth model of compacted/vermicular graphite is offered.
