摘    要:基于固体颗粒荷电理论模型,结合煤粉自身特性,对电场荷电下煤粉颗粒荷电理论模型进行分析,得到煤粉颗粒荷电主要影响因素与荷电规律。自行设计了煤粉荷电与荷电量测量试验装置,采用线-筒型电极结构及直流正电晕方式荷电,荷电量的测量采用法拉第筒法。通过对不同荷电电压、不同粒径下无烟煤煤粉与高硫烟煤煤粉颗粒荷质比变化规律的试验研究,证明了此荷电系统用于煤粉荷电的可行性,同时对法拉第筒的屏蔽问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:Deriving from the theory model of particulate charging and the characters of pulverized coal, the charge formula of pulverized coal’s particles in the mechanism of electrical charge is obtained. According to the formula, the major effect factors and the charge rules are gained. Apparatus for charging and measuring of electric charging was designed for the pattern of line–cylinder. Its principle is to charge pulverized coal by positive corona discharge, and measuring the pulverized coal quantity of electricity is by Faraday cup. The quantity of electricity (Anthracite’s and high sulfur bituminous coal’s particles) is measured for different pole positive voltage and means sieving particle size. The result proved that the charge measuring apparatus was suitable for pulverized coal charge by compared with the theoretical result. Further more, the static electric interference to the Faraday cup is also effectively eliminated by covering the cup with a grounded metal mesh.
