摘    要:综述了目前用超临界流体从植物体中萃取油脂成分的萃取过程机理,建立了模型的假设条件以及不同籽油的萃取动力学模型,分析了传质过程的推动力和阻力、体积传质通量的表达式以及模型参数的计算和关联。

Abstract:It is necessary to build a reliable dynamic model for designing an extraction plant and optimizing operation conditions. This paper summarized and discussed mechanisms and dynamic models of supercritical fluid extraction of oils from different vegetable seeds. The general hypotheses of mathematical model of the extraction, mass transfer force and resistance in extracting were given. Overall volumetric mass transfer rates and correlation of parameters of the models were discussed in detail.
