摘    要:对9.00-2016PR纵向曲折花纹载重斜交轮胎进行了优化设计。优化措施包括:调整轮胎外轮廓尺寸、提高断面水平轴位置、采用变节距胎面花纹、提高帘布反包高度、缓冲层采用一宽一窄结构等。优化设计后轮胎的外缘尺寸符合国家标准,耐久性能、速度性能及强度性能提高。

Abstract:The design of 9.00-20 16PR truck tire was optimized by the measures,such as adjusting the overall dimension of tire,raising the horizontal axle of cross-section and the height of turn-up,and adopting the pitch-variable tread patterns and the breaker structure with one wide ply and one narrow ply.The overall dimension of optimized tire met with the requirements in the relevant national standard,and its endurance,speed and strength properties improved.
