| 摘 要： | 讨论了汽车覆盖件铸铁模具和汽车锻件合金钢模具的离子渗氮技术，阐述了汽车模具离子渗氮生产与检验的设备、工艺。生产实践表明，合理离子渗氮可以大大提高汽车模具的质量和延长其使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The plasma nitriding technique of cast iron dies for auto body metal sheet part and alloy steel dies for auto forging were discussed. The equipments and process of plasma nitriding and inspection were expounded. The industrial practice indicates that the quality of auto dies can be greatly enhanced and the service life of the auto dies can he prolonged remarkably through optimal plasma nitriding. |
