| 摘 要： | 介绍了房地产投资信托的概念，通过对世界各国房地产投资信托的两种模式——基金模式和信托计划模式的分析，提出了适合在我国直用的发展模式和相直对策，以保证旁地声投资信托的健康发展，为中小投资者投资房地产业提供了现实途径。
