方钢管混凝土梁受弯力学性能的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了包括中空钢管梁,素混凝土锟管梁及配筋混凝土钢管梁在内共18个试件的纯弯试验.主要试验参数包括混凝土强度、钢管的宽厚比、钢筋配置等.讨论了各种试验参数对极限承载力和延性等力学性能的影响,并陈述了RCFT梁优于CFT梁之处.结果表明,在梁的受拉区配筋可以提高梁的极限承载力,并且可以避免核心混凝土的剪切破坏.与CFT梁相比,RCFT梁的强度、刚度和延性得到改善,对工程有很大意义.

Abstract:Bending test on square beam specimens of hollow steel tube,CFT(concrete filled steel tube) and RCFT(reinforced concrete filled steel tube) were carried out.The main parameters adopted include strength of concrete,width-thickness ratio and arrangement of reinforcing bars.According to the experimental results,the effect of parameters on mechanical performance of RCFT was analyzed;the advantage of RCFT beams over CFT beams was presented in this study.As a result,it is understood that placing steel bar in the tensile area will improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the RCFT beam,and shear failure of filled concrete will be avoided.The strength,stiffness and ductility of RCFT beams are improved especially after the peak of load-displacement curve as compared with CFT beams.
