氧化亚铜防污漆表面附着的异养细菌的研究

摘    要:研究了浸海氧化亚铜防污漆表面粘膜中异养细菌的组成和数量变动情况。结果表明,粘膜中异养细菌由气单胞菌属、发光杆菌属、假单胞菌属、弧菌属、莫拉氏菌属及产碱菌属等组成,形态特征为具有鞭毛的革兰氏阴性杆菌或球杆菌。浸海初期气单胞菌属为优势类群,但是,随着浸海时间的延长,生物粘膜中优势类群频繁发生演替。粘膜中细菌数量初期增加很快,但当达到一定数量后,就处于一种平衡状态,这表明防污漆表面逐渐形成了成熟的生物粘膜。

Abstract:Research is focused on the composition and quantitative variation of heterotrophic bacteria attached on the surface of cuprous oxide antifouling paint. The results show that the heterotrophic bacteria are composed of Aeromonas, Photobacterium, Pseudomonas and Vibrio, etc. The bacteria are identified to genus level as motile, Gram negative rod with flagellum. Aeromonas is the predominant group in immersing primary stage, however, with immersing time going on, the predominant group frequently changed. Bacterial quantitation increases swiftly in early period and reaches its maximum number after three or four days, then keeps a constant state of balance. All this indicated that a mature slime biofilm formed gradually.
