摘    要:采用理论分析和计算流体动力学技术研究了500 t/h冷却塔专用低比转速水轮机的水力损失特性.通过研究发现,该水轮机的水力效率较低,水力损失耗散在引水部件内,其次是在转轮内,这是由于蜗壳流量系数和导叶内流速过高引起的.

Abstract:The theoretical analysis and the technology of Computational Fluid Dynamics were used to study hydraulic loss characteristics of the low specific speed turbine dedicated by 500 t/h cooling tower.It was found that the hydraulic efficiency of the turbine was low,hydraulic loss was dissipated in the diversion components,followed by the runner,which were caused by the volute flow coefficient and the flow rate being too high.
