摘    要:电火花沉积因具有熔池小、冷却快、涂层均匀的特点而得到广泛应用.经电火花沉积处理的涂层具有耐高温、耐腐蚀和耐磨蚀的特点.将该技术应用在云南大盈江发电厂水轮机的表面处理中,电火花沉积层与母材冶金结合,解决了热喷涂防护层与母材结合不牢固的问题,提高了水轮机过流部件的抗磨蚀能力.

Abstract:The electron-spark deposition has been used widely due to small bath,fast cooling and even coating.The coating treated by the electron-spark deposition has the characteristics such as bearing high temperature,anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion.The technology has been used in surface treatment of the hydraulic turbine in Dayingjiang Hydropower Station in Yunnan,and the metallurgical bonding between the electron-spark deposition layer and the base metal has solved the problem which the thermal spraying protective layer bonded with the base metal is not strong,and improved the anti-abrasion capacity of flow passage components of the hydraulic turbine.
